The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has warned five companies of impending trading suspensions due to regulatory non-compliance.

ODEL PLC, Softlogic Capital PLC, Standard Capital PLC, Softlogic Holdings PLC, and Blue Diamonds Jewellery Worldwide PLC have until December 6, 2024, to submit their overdue annual reports for the financial year ending March 31, 2024.

Failure to comply will result in trading suspensions from December 10, 2024, as per CSE Listing Rule 7.5(e). The move underscores the exchange’s commitment to enforcing corporate governance standards.
