ASPI Gains 2.33% and S&P SL20 Rises 2.53% in Strong Morning Session
Significant growth was observed across key price indices at the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) within the first hour of trading today (05).
The All Share Price Index (ASPI) recorded a massive gain of 478 points, or 2.33%. Concurrently, the S&P SL20 index posted a notable rise of 147.60 points, representing a 2.53% increase.
Adding to the strong morning performance, daily turnover at the exchange managed to surpass the Rs. 2 billion mark during the early trading period.
