Dialog Axiata formulates Enterprise Strategy with MTI Consulting

Malaysia’s Axiata subsidiary Dialog has just completed their enterprise strategizing exercise in collaboration with MTI – with the focus on both Telco (Connectivity) and Tech-Co (ICT).

As Sri Lanka’s leading enterprise connectivity provider, Dialog Enterprise continues to drive digital transformation by integrating advanced ICT solutions with robust connectivity infrastructure. This dual focus ensures enterprises can scale securely, innovate rapidly, and remain competitive in a fast‑changing global market.

“This engagement with MTI Consulting has been a valuable and thought-provoking exercise, bringing fresh perspectives and insights on the evolving opportunities and challenges shaping the enterprise landscape,” said Supun Weerasinghe, Group CEO of Dialog Axiata.

MTI’s CEO Hilmy Cader added, “The nation’s economic turnaround requires a strong MSME backbone, which must be enabled with tech‑driven connectivity solutions to grow their businesses. At the other end of the spectrum, large enterprises are fast adopting AI‑integrated solutions for cybersecurity, information security, and cloud‑native applications.

MTI Consulting is an international strategy consultancy, having completed over 760 projects across 56 countries over the last 29 years, with 7 regional offices and associates in over 25 countries.
