The 29^th National Rowing Championships, organized by the Amateur Rowing Association of Sri Lanka (ARASL) and sponsored by Bharti Airtel Lanka was inaugurated by Hon. Mahindananda Aluthgamage, the Minister of Sports at the newly opened Diyawannawa Rowing Centre in Battaramulla.
