Some companies are making various comments on SriLankan Airlines. The time has still not come for any such comments or views, said Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake during a media conference today (02 February).

While stating that Minister Kabir Hassim’s Ministry would provide the accurate response to this, the Finance Minister pointed out that neither the government nor the Cabinet sub-committee has taken any decision on this.

The companies which have submitted bids for SriLankan Airlines are putting forward various statements. Those who cannot even drive a bus are trying to fly an Airbus, added Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake.
