The spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) has triggered bank branch closures in Sri Lanka. Issuing a notice today, Bank of Ceylon (BOC) announced that 49 of their branches in areas under quarantine curfew will be closed today (22).

Accordingly, BOC bank customers are advised to use, ATM/CDM network and other electronic banking services as far as possible.
