Multilac, Sri Lanka’s largest exporter of paint and a renowned heritage brand of Macksons Holdings, made history recently, with the appointment of Sri Lankan cricket all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga as the official Brand Ambassador for the company.

The signing event, which took place at Mandarina Colombo, was attended by the senior management of Multilac and Macksons Holdings, as well as Hasaranga himself.

Commenting on the appointment, Macksons Paint Industries (Pvt) Ltd COO Sajjaad Saliheen said; “We are very excited to onboard Wanindu as the Brand Ambassador for Multilac. Wanindu Hasaranga was educated at Richmond College, Galle, and is the number-one ranked T20 bowler in the world and is also among the Top Ten all-rounders aided by his feats as a batsman for the Sri Lanka national team. His partnership with Multilac will see the company’s future events and initiatives graced and endorsed by the cricket icon.
