ACCA Emphasizes Empathy, Flexibility, and Innovation for Sri Lankan SMEs on UN MSME Day

As the world celebrates United Nations Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME) Day, ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) underscores the crucial role of empathy, adaptability, and innovation for SMEs navigating today’s dynamic business environment. A new report launched by ACCA highlights insights from finance leaders, entrepreneurs, and business support organizations, shedding light on the resilience and growth strategies crucial for small businesses facing unprecedented challenges.

Aleksandra Zaronina-Kirillova, ACCA's Head of SME Professional Insights, emphasizes, “In an era defined by rapid digital transformation, sustainability imperatives, and economic volatility, accountancy professionals are indispensable allies for SMEs. The report, titled "Accountants at the heart of SME resilience and growth," features diverse success stories from around the globe, offering practical tools and insights tailored for SMEs and their supporting accountancy professionals.
