In a significant development, veteran entrepreneur and business leader Hanif Yusoof was appointed as the Governor of the Western Province yesterday. The appointment was made by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake at a simple yet solemn ceremony held at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo.

Yusoof, the driving force behind Expolanka’s rise as a global logistics leader, brings decades of experience in leadership, governance, and social development to his new role.
