In a spirited effort to promote camaraderie, teamwork, and well-being among its employees, NDB Bank recently hosted the NDB Bowling Tournament 2024 at Excel World, Colombo 01. Bringing together staff members from various departments and branches, the event provided a platform to celebrate team spirit, healthy competition, and a shared commitment to excellence.
Teams of five members each participated in the tournament, representing both departments and branches of NDB. The tournament not only encouraged collaboration and team bonding but also offered an engaging and refreshing break from the daily routine, fostering a culture of fun and togetherness within the bank.

After an exciting series of matches, the Central Sales - Home Loans team emerged victorious, taking home the championship title with an impressive performance. The Privilege Select Banking team followed closely as the first runner-up, while the Business Banking team claimed the second runner-up position, demonstrating exceptional skill and sportsmanship throughout the competition.

The NDB Bowling Tournament 2024 was a resounding success, uniting staff from all areas of the bank in an atmosphere of friendly competition and mutual support. The event underscored NDB’s commitment to promoting employee wellness, team spirit, and a balanced work environment.
