ODEL PLC had bought the property adjoining its main fashion showroom and shopping complex at Alexandra Place in Colombo 7 for Rs. 800 million.

The company has informed this to the Colombo Stock Exchange.

It has further stated that the land would be utilized for the company’s expansion.
