Cinnamon Life Colombo is set to transform into a vibrant slice of the Italian Riviera as it proudly hosts acclaimed Ligurian chef Alessandro Dentone for the 10th Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World, held from 22 to 29 November 2025 in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in Colombo. The week’s festivities include a spectacular Italian Week Brunch on 23 November, followed by an encore experience on 29 November.
A guardian of Liguria’s maritime culinary heritage, Chef Dentone descends from one of the region’s oldest fishing families. His craft, honed through decades of cooking in top hotels across Italy and abroad and further elevated through his appearances on leading Italian television programmes celebrates the purity, elegance, and coastal character of Ligurian cuisine.
