In accordance with the terms of its Macro-Linked Bonds (MLBs) and Governance-Linked Bonds (GLBs), the Sri Lankan Government has scheduled an investor call for tomorrow, 11 February 2026.

The investor call will include a presentation on the Debt Report published on 31 December 2025, along with updates on key fiscal, macroeconomic, and governance-related developments relevant to the performance-linked features of the bonds. The session is intended to provide investors with greater transparency on progress against agreed benchmarks and Sri Lanka’s debt sustainability framework.

The call will be held at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, 1:30 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time, and 7:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time, and forms part of the Government’s ongoing post-restructuring engagement with international bondholders and market participants.
