Janashakthi Limited has announced that its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 500,000,000 shares at an issue price of LKR 10.00 has been oversubscribed.

In a letter addressed to the Colombo Stock Exchange, S S P Corporate Services (Private) Limited, acting as registrars to the issue, confirmed the oversubscription on behalf of Janashakthi Limited.

The letter states that, in accordance with Section 6.7 of the Prospectus dated 25 March 2026, the subscription list for the IPO will close at 4:30 p.m. today, 9 April 2026. Applications received until the close of business today will still be accepted.

The basis of allotment will be notified to the Colombo Stock Exchange in due course.
