CEAT Kelani Holdings recently celebrated the strength, resilience and success of its country-wide partner network at its Partner Excellence Awards 2026, a dazzling two-day gala held at Cinnamon Life, bringing together the company’s top-performing dealers, distributors and teams in a powerful tribute to shared achievement.
Centred on the bold theme ‘Autobahn 3.0’, the event reflected the company’s strategic focus on advanced mobility, superior product performance and global quality standards. Inspired by Germany’s legendary high-speed highway, the theme symbolised the precision, control and comfort that define CEAT’s German-engineered car radials, while underscoring the company’s transformation towards next-generation tyre technology across categories.
The celebration hosted 125 top dealers, 16 growth dealers, seven two- and three-wheeler distributors and their families, and two global partners of CEAT Kelani alongside the company’s sales, marketing and export teams, in what was described as a memorable showcase of collaboration and excellence.
Addressing the gathering, CEAT Kelani Chairman Mr Chanaka de Silva paid tribute to the pivotal role played by dealers in sustaining the brand’s growth in a challenging year. “We all know the past year brought its fair share of unpredictable weather and global chaos,” he said. “Yet, every time a customer walked into your shops looking for safety, reliability, and honest advice, you supported CEAT. You are the ones who build trust in our name, day in and day out. Our growth over this past year has been a direct result of your hard work and your dedication.”
Reaffirming the company’s commitment to its partners, he added: “Our philosophy is simple: we only win when you win. As Chairman I would like to commit on behalf of the team that we will keep listening to your frontline insights, protecting your business health, and providing the steady support you need to thrive.”
The awards ceremony recognised outstanding performance across multiple categories, with Abdeen Tyre Service – Akkaraipattu securing the prestigious CEAT Best Dealer Award 2025/26, followed by U & H Wheel Service (Pvt) Ltd – Colombo 2 as first runner-up and Sandeew Auto Enterprises Pvt Ltd – Colombo 14 as second runner-up.
Category excellence awards were also presented, with Sandeew Auto Enterprises Pvt Ltd. winning the Radial Category, while U & H Wheel Service (Pvt) Ltd. dominated both the Truck and Light Truck categories.
In addition to dealer recognition, CEAT honoured its frontline sales force for exceptional performance, acknowledging top achievers across zonal, area and product-specific roles.
The evening concluded with a vibrant celebration featuring live entertainment, music and dance, encapsulating the energy and spirit of the CEAT partner ecosystem.
Delivering the vote of thanks, CEAT Kelani Chief Operating Officer Mr Shamal Gunawardene highlighted the broader recognition earned by the company over the past year with multiple awards, emphasising that these accolades were a shared achievement.
“While we proudly celebrate these recognitions, we know that none of them would have been possible without the contributions of every individual and every partner represented in this room. These awards belong to all of us,” he said.
Mr Gunawardene noted that the company’s recent honours from leading industry and business institutions reaffirm its leadership, while reflecting the trust placed in the brand by customers across Sri Lanka.
With over 34 years of presence in the country, CEAT Kelani Holdings continues to build its success on a strong foundation of trusted partnerships. Its extensive dealer network remains central to delivering tyres for every segment, from motorcycles and three-wheelers to passenger cars, SUVs and vans, as well as trucks, buses, agricultural equipment and industrial applications, ensuring that mobility solutions reach customers and livelihoods across the island.
The Partner Excellence Awards stand as a testament to this enduring collaboration, celebrating the entrepreneurs and partners who drive the brand forward. At its core lies a simple and defining belief: when partners grow, CEAT grows with them – a philosophy that continues to power the company’s journey and shape the future of mobility in Sri Lanka.
Ranked Sri Lanka’s most valuable tyre brand by Brand Finance and named the ‘Most Loved Tyre Brand’ in Sri Lanka in 2025 and 2026 by LMD, CEAT sells more than 1.6 million tyres annually. Besides meeting around half of Sri Lanka’s automotive tyre demand, CEAT Kelani exports approximately 20 per cent of its output to 16 countries. The company has invested more than Rs. 8.5 billion in Sri Lanka over the past decade and recently committed a further Rs. 4.5 billion, reinforcing its role as a key contributor to the national economy and a trusted partner to the transport sector.
