LAUGFS Supermarkets has further strengthened its islandwide retail presence with the opening of its 45th outlet at No. 131, Minuwangoda Road, Ekala, Ja-Ela. The new outlet operates 24 hours a day and offers customers a comprehensive range of products, complemented by bakery and hot food options. Strategically located in an area surrounded by an industrial zone and residential developments including Niwasipura and Millennium City, the outlet is well positioned to serve the growing customer base in the area and cater to varying shopping needs throughout the day. The opening ceremony was attended by the Group Chairman, Group Executive Vice Chairman and Acting Group Managing Director/Group Executive Director of LAUGFS Holdings, together with the Sector Managing Director/CEO – Retail and Chief Operating Officer of LAUGFS Supermarkets.
