Dreams Registrations (Pvt) Ltd successfully concluded its Youth Empowerment CSR Initiative on 03 October 2026 at Diyagala Boys’ Town, Ragama, bringing inspiration, learning, and encouragement to 65 boys aged 14–19.

Conducted under the theme “Dream Big, Discover Yourself – Dream, Believe, Lead Achieve,” the programme was designed to empower young people to recognize their potential, develop essential life skills, and build confidence in pursuing their future aspirations.

The programme featured an engaging youth development session focused on personal growth, goal setting, communication, teamwork, leadership, positive thinking, personality development, and grooming. Through interactive activities, discussions, and practical exercises, the participants were encouraged to discover their strengths, identify their dreams, develop essential life skills, and build greater confidence in themselves. The programme also highlighted the importance of consistent effort, resilience, responsible leadership, effective communication, and presenting oneself with confidence and professionalism.

The initiative aimed to remind every young participant that their future is shaped by the choices they make today, encouraging them to believe in themselves, overcome challenges, and become responsible individuals who can make a positive contribution to society.
