The ERE Awards are put on by ERE Media, a leading source for information, rankings and conferences related to HR and recruiting.

“Not only do we have the right practices and processes for recruiting and hiring individuals that we know will be a good fit in our organization, we consistently benchmark ourselves and measure the quality of our hires,” said Sundararajan Narayanan, senior vice president and global head of HR at Virtusa. “We also realize that this is a two way street: not only do we want to hire the right individuals, we are committed to creating an environment where they can thrive and reach their full potential. As we continue to recruit and grow our company, ensuring quality of life will remain a top priority.”
