Cargills Bank Limited has made a Mandatory Offer to purchase all the remaining ordinary shares of Capital Alliance Finance PLC.

Cargills Bank Limited purchased a further 81,993 ordinary shares Capital Alliance Finance constituting approximately 0.21 percent at Rs. 15.50 per share.

Accordingly, Cargills Bank Limited currently holds a total of 28,531,961 shares of Capital Alliance Finance constituting approximately 73.60 percent of its total shares.
