Samson International PLC has decided to issue bonus shares in the proportion of one ordinary share to each ordinary 10 shares held by way of a capitalization of reserves to mark the Silver Jubilee of the company.

The number of shares to be issued is 384,797 at Rs. 10 per share.

The current stated capital is Rs. 105,752,241 and the value of reserves to be capitalized is 3,847,970.
