The Colombo Stock Exchange has approved Lanka Orix Leasing Company PLC to list its debt securities.

Accordingly, 50 million senior unsecured redeemable rated debentures are to be offered at an issue price of Rs. 100 each.

Subscription list opens on 18 November 2014 and the registrars to the issue are SSP Corporate Services Private Limited of Colombo 03.
