Under the IFC-DFAT Women in Work program, IFC officially presented the financial and digital financial literacy training modules to Mr. Ajith Nivard Cabraal, Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL). The program facilitated innovative delivery of financial awareness during the COVID-19 pandemic and introduced digital delivery for adult audiences. Developed as part of the broader initiatives under the National Financial Inclusion Strategy for Sri Lanka, the program includes a gender-sensitive approach and innovative tools/techniques for classroom and online delivery by CBSL.
