Access Engineering PLC has invested in 100 per cent and 50 per cent of ordinary shares of Horizon Holdings Ventures (Pvt) Ltd and Horizon Holdings (Pvt) Ltd for a consideration of Rs. 273.6 million and Rs. 250 million respectively.

Incorporated in June 2015 and March 2014, Horizon Holdings Ventures (Pvt) Ltd and Horizon Holdings (Pvt) Ltd are in the business of developing their 12.5 acre extent property in Malabe.

While this investment has synergies with the core business it will enable Access Engineering to enter the highly growing and promising property development sector while adding a complimentary segment to its operations.
