It was a truly different and distinctive setting when the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Sri Lanka (AHK Sri Lanka) chose to host its Sundowners evening at the elegant Hettich Experience Centre on 19^th March 2026.

The evening brought together members of the German business community, industry professionals, and key stakeholders for a relaxed yet engaging gathering. Set within a unique, warm, and inviting space, the Experience Centre created a charming, homely atmosphere while showcasing Hettich’s award-winning range of premium furniture fittings, door hardware solutions, furniture lights and built-in kitchen appliances, where guests were able to experience the brand’s innovation in a real-life setting.

AHK Sri Lanka, part of the German Chamber Network, is supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) which enjoys  a presence in 150 locations across 93 countries.

As AHK plays a vital role in supporting German companies, selecting the Hettich Experience Centre as the venue for the event aligned perfectly with their objectives.
