The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved Adam Investments Limited to list 133.3 million ordinary voting shares at Rs. 3.00 per share.

While this is to be listed on the Diri Saviya board the Initial Public Offering is to begin on 19 May.

Managers and financial advisors to the issue are Capital Trust Financial (Pvt) Limited.
