CFA Society Sri Lanka together with CFA Institute is hosting a webinar for students in Sri Lanka, titled “Start early for a global career passport” on Thursday, 2nd March 2023 from 4 pm to 5 pm SL Time. During the webinar, participants will learn more about how the CFA Program is designed to equip them with the kind of expertise and real-world skills in investment analysis that will help them advance their careers in the Finance and Investment Industry. We will share information on the scope and evolvement of the CFA Program, the benefits of the CFA charter, and details on exam administration. Participants will also have a chance to hear from CFA Charterholders, as they share their experiences with the Program and careers in the Finance and investment industry.
The eminent panel of speakers is Aruna Perera, CFA, President of CFA Society Sri Lanka, Chanakya Dissanayake, CFA - Managing Director, Investment Research, Acuity Knowledge Partners and Florence Wong- Director, University Relations for APAC, CFA Institute whilst Nuwan Jayawardena, CFA, Chair University Outreach Committee of CFA Society Sri Lanka will moderate the session. This session is ideal for professionals looking to transition to a new career path and undergraduates seeking to enter the finance and investment industry.
