John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed companies in Sri Lanka announced several changes in its Board of Directors.

Two of the Company’s Executive Directors, Ajith Gunawardene and Ronnie Pieris have retired from their positions at John Keells Holdings PLC and all other positions in its subsidiaries, with effect from 31 December 2017.

Executive Directors of John Keells Holdings PLC, Krishan Niraj Jayasekera Balendra has been appointed Deputy Chairman and Joseph Gihan Adisha Cooray appointed as Group Finance Director with effect from 01 January 2018.

Chairman Susantha Ratnayake is to retire from John Keells Holdings PLC effective 31 December 2018.

Krishan Balendra is to take as Chairman and Gihan Cooray as Deputy Chairman/Group Finance Director effective 01 January 2019.
