City of Dreams, Sri Lanka, South Asia’s largest integrated resort, is introducing a special Waleema offer under their signature wedding offering, Weddings in Sky. The special offer is designed for couples and families looking to host large and memorable celebrations within the integrated resort’s expansive event spaces.

A Waleema celebration holds an important place in many Muslim wedding traditions, bringing together extended family, friends, and the community to mark the homecoming of a couple. With this offering, City of Dreams provides couples and families with the opportunity to host large, elegant celebrations in world-class ballrooms, supported by curated culinary experiences and dedicated event planning.

At the heart of the offer is a specially curated menu centred around a signature biryani selection, created to complement the celebratory nature of Waleema events. Drawing on the diverse expertise of City of Dream’s culinary team, the menu brings together traditional flavours and refined presentation designed for large-scale celebrations.

The Waleema offer is available across several of City of Dream’s distinctive event venues, allowing celebrations to be tailored to the scale of each occasion. These include the Lumina Ballroom, which accommodates a minimum of 500 guests, and The Forum, suited for events of over 300 guests. The Studio and the Cumulus Ballroom can host celebrations starting from 150 guests, while the Celestine Ballroom accommodates events with a minimum of 60 guests.

Packages start from LKR 9,900++ per person and are available for bookings until April 30^th  2026.
