Asia Capital PLC has announced that its Board of Directors has resolved to dispose of the company’s 63.77% shareholding in ACAP Stock Brokers (Pvt) Ltd to Cue Capital (Pvt) Ltd.

The transaction is subject to approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka and the Colombo Stock Exchange.

The final price will be determined following a due diligence process.
