Prominent Sri Lankan businessman Dhammika Perera has been appointed Co-Chairman (Non-executive) of Hayleys PLC.

Meanwhile, the term of Mohan Pandithage as Executive Chairman/Chief Executive which ends in May 2016 has been extended for another five years from that date.
