Sri Lanka Billionaire Dhammika Perera has increased his personal stake in the diversified conglomerate,Hayleys PLC to 51% from 50.44% .

The move follows Perera buying 430,000 shares of Hayleys PLC on 21st November 2019.

Perera now holds 38.26 million shares in Hayleys PLC, out of 75 million shares.
