Dialog Axiata PLC has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary under the name Digital Holdings Lanka Private Limited (DHL) from 24 November 2014.

Digital Holdings Lanka Private Limited will function as Dialog Group’s investment holding company for new business areas.
