An Invoice of Dickwella FBOPF1 achieves a record of Rs. 2,650/- per kg at the Colombo Tea Auction on 16th / 17th August 2022. Previous record for this grade was Rs. 2,550 per kg.
Dickwella estate belongs to Malwatte Valley Plantations PLC. This Estate is managed by Regional Manager Mr. Chaminda Perera and the factory is under the supervision of Master Tea Maker Mr. A.M. Shajahan
This tea was purchased by Inter Tea (Pvt) Ltd and successfully marketed by Asia Siyaka Commodities PLC.
