mmPro -Mining and Mineral Production Monitoring Solution is adjudged a Winner at World Summit Awards (WSA) 2020. As the National Expert for WSA, ICTA nominates the best products/solutions selected from e-Swabhimani the local “Digital Social Impact Awards” to the World Summit Awards each year.

Impressively the 2020 World Summit Award saw five of Sri Lanka’s seven nominations making it to the final round and one product became a winner which is “mmPro“.

The WSA Winners 2020 provide a meaningful selection of worldwide content driven applications contributing to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. 40 solutions from 26 countries have been recognized as winners. The WSA top 40 utilize technology with smart content to hack global gaps.

“mmPro” will be honoured at the WSA Global Congress, in front of an international audience “mmPro” will receive their Award in the “Government & Citizen Engagement” category at the World Summit Awards Global Congress 2021, from March 22 -24. 2021. The WSA Global Congress is an international networking and learning event for those who are interested in the use of digital technology to achieve the UN SDGs – in 2021 for the first time completely virtual.
