EDB Invites Potential and SME Exporters to Strategic Workshop on Risk Management and Incoterms

The Sri Lanka Export Development Board will organize a customer-centric specialized training program under the theme "Risk Management, Strategies and Incoterms to Win Competitiveness in International Trade Beyond Borders" on Wednesday, February 18th from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The workshop aims to enhance the export expertise of potential exporters and small and medium-scale entrepreneurs.

The program will be conducted by expert export trainer Dinesh De Silva and will be delivered with explanations in both Sinhala and English. It will include practical exercises based on real-life industry scenarios.

The workshop will be held at the 3rd floor auditorium of the NDB-EDB Building located at No. 42, Nawam Mawatha, Colombo 02. Participants will gain insights into key subject areas including strategies for establishing and negotiating orders, building buyer confidence and credibility, product knowledge and effective labeling and packaging, strategic pricing for competitiveness, managing business risks, practical application of Incoterms in trade, and utilizing international payment terms for secure transactions.
