Organized by global education services provider, Navitas, the Australian Education Expo 2022, was conducted successfully on the 12th and 13th of March 2022 at the One Galle Face Mall Atrium, with active participation from service providers, students, parents and the public. In particular, Edith Cowan University (ECU) prominently showcased the world of opportunity available to students through its campuses in Perth and Sri Lanka. Students from Sri Lanka and the region were seen amongst the visitors at the event, which was also supported by Austrade, the Australian Trade and Investment Commission. Austrade’s Director (Education) in Sri Lanka, Kanishka Padidilian, attended the event, along with a number of other dignitaries and key personalities in the field of higher education in Sri Lanka.
One of the largest exhibitors at the Expo, and one of Sri Lanka’s most preferred choices for an Australian Education, ECU drew huge interest from students and parents with big dreams and global ambitions. Active participation was noted amongst O/L students looking for a college pathway to university and A/L students looking for Australian Degree opportunities, both in Sri Lanka and in Perth, while post-graduate students looking to obtain Master’s Degrees and PhDs in Australia also showed significant interest in ECU’s offerings at Australian Education Expo 2022.
