Emirates has extended its temporary suspension of flight operations to and from Dubai until 1500 hrs UAE time on Tuesday, 3 March 2026, as multiple regional airspace closures continue to disrupt aviation services.

In its latest operational update issued on 1 March 2026, the airline said the situation remains fluid and is being monitored continuously in coordination with relevant authorities.

Passengers have been advised to check the latest flight status updates and review notifications sent via email before heading to the airport.

Rebooking and refund options

Customers affected by cancellations can rebook on alternate flights for travel on or before 20 March 2026. Those who booked through travel agents are requested to contact their agents directly, while passengers who booked with Emirates can seek assistance through the airline’s official channels.

Emirates also confirmed that all city check-in facilities across Dubai remain temporarily closed until further notice.

The airline apologised for the inconvenience caused by the disruption, reiterating that the safety and security of passengers and crew remain its top priority.
