Singapore has recently made significant changes to its employment pass (EP) and immigration processes to better manage the quality of foreign talent and ensure complementarity with the local workforce.

The webinar will delve into the Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS). COMPASS is a points-based system for assessing Employment Pass applications. It evaluates both the individual attributes of the applicant and the firm-related attributes, focusing on four foundational criteria.

The webinar will also discuss the recently introduced Overseas Network & Expertise Pass (ONE Pass), a new category of work pass for high-earning individuals.

The webinar will be followed by a Q&A session that offers businesses and individuals the opportunity to ask questions specific to their needs.
