Hayleys Group Recreation Club organized its annual Vesak lantern competition this year as well. However the event took a subdued tone due to the recent floods experienced country wide. The Hayleys Group donated all funds that were to be used for Vesak festivities and prize money towards assisting flood victims. Employees of all sectors of the group joined hands to assist people and children affected by the floods & landslides by gifting them food rations and other essential needs.
