The Colombo Stock Exchange has approved in principle the application for the listing of ordinary voting shares and ordinary non-voting shares of HNB Finance Limited on the Diri Savi Board.

Accordingly, ordinary voting shares will be listed by way of an offer for sale and non-voting shares by way of introduction.

HNB Finance Limited is to issue 10 million ordinary voting shares at Rs. 5.70 each with the opening date being 17 February 2020.

The prospectus would be delivered to members firms and trading members on 30 January 2020.

Accordingly, HNB Finance Limited will the first company to be listed in the year 2020.
