Holcim (Lanka) Limited was the official event partner for the CIMA Business Leader’s Summit which was held recently at Cinnamon Grand. The CIMA Business Leaders' Summit 2014 brought together senior members of organizations across diverse sectors to share expert views on a timely theme 'Sustain Ability: Imagine. Implement'. The summit which was held for the 37th consecutive time is organized by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Sri Lanka.
The Chief Guest at the event was CIMA CEO Charles Tilley, while the keynote speaker was the CEO of the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund Qazi Azmat Isa. The top panel of experts spoke on topics including 'Leadership: Reframing Human Capital for Sustained Competitiveness', 'From Energy to Synergy: The Practical Art of Converting Individuals into Teams', 'From Existence to Excellence: Leading to Excel in Tomorrow's World', “Winning Strategies for Emerging Markets', and 'A case study of the Engro corporation: an organization that has grown in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment'.
