Janashakthi Finance PLC, formerly known as Orient Finance PLC and a subsidiary of JXG (Janashakthi Group), is proud to announce the appointment of Indresh Puvimanasinghe Fernando as its Chief Financial Officer.

Indresh is a seasoned C-suite executive with over 33 years of multi-industry experience, spanning finance, operations, supply chain management and digital transformation. Her career is distinguished by a strong track record in operational leadership, financial strategy, business turnaround and large-scale organisational transformation, particularly across the healthcare and financial services sectors.

She joined Softlogic Holdings PLC in 2014 and was subsequently seconded as Chief Operating Officer of Softlogic Finance PLC, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening operational frameworks and performance. In 2018, she was appointed Chief Process Officer (CPO) of the Asiri Hospital Group, leading enterprise-wide process reengineering initiatives to enhance productivity, customer experience, procurement and managing the accounts receivable portfolio of the group. Prior to joining Softlogic, Indresh served as Sector Finance Director at Hemas Group, further strengthening her breadth of experience across diversified corporate environments.

Indresh is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK (FCMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
