The John Keells Consumer Foods Sector (JKCF) has once again demonstrated its leadership in financial reporting excellence, securing multiple accolades at the prestigious CA TAGS Awards 2025. The recognition underscores the Sector’s unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and disciplined financial stewardship across its portfolio of companies, including Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS) and Keells Food Products PLC (KFP).

Ceylon Cold Stores PLC, one of Sri Lanka’s oldest and most respected corporates established in 1866 and home to iconic brands such as Elephant House, was awarded the Gold Award under Food & Beverages Companies (Group Turnover above LKR 15 BN) while Keells Food Products PLC, a pioneer in Sri Lanka’s processed food industry since 1983, received the Gold Award under Food & Beverages Companies (Group Turnover up to LKR 15 BN). In addition, Ceylon Cold Stores PLC was awarded the Bronze for Corporate Governance Disclosure for Non-Financial Services. The awards were received by the Finance Team of the John Keells Consumer Foods Sector, reflecting a unified and disciplined sector-wide approach to governance and high-quality disclosure standards.
