Laugfs Power Limited, a subsidiary of Laugfs Gas PLC, has acquired the total issued shares of Pams Power (Private) Limited for a consideration of Rs. 200 million.

Pams Power (Private) Limited holds all right for the development and operation of a two megawatt capacity hydropower project at Kalaweldeniya in Polpitiya.
