LTL Holdings postpones IPO due to new information

September, 13, 2024

The highly anticipated Initial Public Offering (IPO) of LTL Holdings Limited has been postponed following the emergence of new information that was not disclosed in the company's prospectus. The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) announced the decision today, citing the need for further review.

In a circular addressed to the Chief Executive Officers of trading participants, the CSE indicated that on 10th September 2024, new information regarding the IPO had come to their attention. The CSE has since requested LTL Holdings to provide additional clarifications related to the matter. The Board of Directors of the CSE has stated that this information should have been included in the prospectus issued by LTL.

As a result, the CSE Board instructed LTL Holdings not to proceed with the planned opening of the IPO subscription list today, 13th September 2024. The company is required to make an immediate announcement to the market regarding the postponement.

Further updates are expected as LTL provides the required clarifications, and the CSE completes its review.
