MOU Signed Between RCS2 Technologies And Colombo Science And Technology Cell, University Of Colombo To Develop Multiheaded 3d Printer

RCS2 Technologies (PVT) Limited is one of the up and coming IT Solutions Company in Sri Lanka making head waves in introducing new technology to the local masses, which are both unique as well as innovative.

Taking a giant leap in their quest for new home grown innovations, they have recently signed a MOU with the Colombo Science and Technology Cell of University of Colombo research and locally develop a 3D printer. Dean of the Faculty of Science at the University emphasized the importance of this type of collaboration, stating that it will stimulate new innovations and enhance the country's ability to go to an international level in future.

Further elaborating on the research work ahead, Director/CEO of RCS2 Technologies and the main coordinator Rajitha De Silva emphasized that they intended to build a pioneering multi-headed 3D printer in Sri Lanka taking a step beyond the current single and dual headed printers already available.

The University of Colombo has shown keen interest on the proposed research work and has pledged their support to RCS2 to develop such innovative solution locally.
