The Colombo Stock Exchange has approved in principle the listing of the debt securities of the National Development Bank PLC.

An initial issue of 75 million Rated, Unsecured, Subordinated and Redeemable Debentures with an option to issue up to a further 25 million debentures in the event of an oversubscription is to be offered by the Bank.

Manager to the issue is NDB Investment Bank Limited and the Registrar is SSP Corporate Services Ltd.
