NDB Capital Holdings PLC has successfully completed the sale of shares of shareholders who wished to sell their shares in connection with the Exit Offer made by the National Development Bank PLC.

NDB has sent the cheques payable to those who have accepted the Exit Offer.

Following the completion of the sale of shares, NDB now holds 32,868,484 ordinary shares representing 99.62per cent of the total ordinary shares issued in NDB Capital Holdings PLC.
