Notice to the public from ExpoLanka

Expolanka Holdings PLC, a leading conglomerate, has officially changed its status and delisted from the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE). The company’s ordinary voting shares were removed from the Official List of the CSE effective from today (12), following the necessary regulatory procedures.

As per the announcement by the CSE, the delisting of Expolanka’s shares complies with Rule 5(7) of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) Rules, as outlined in Gazette Extraordinary No. 1215/2, dated 18th December 2001.

The change of status for Expolanka Holdings PLC was approved by its shareholders through a special resolution passed on 27th March 2024. Following this, the company transitioned from a "Public Listed Company" to a "Public Company." As part of this transformation, the company has also undergone a name change, and it will now operate as Expolanka Holdings Limited.
