Airport & Aviation Services Sri Lanka Private Ltd (AASL) has set a new record, facilitating the highest number of passenger movements in a single month by handling 1,045,097 passengers in January 2026 through Sri Lanka Airports.

This surpasses the previous record of 1,034,687 passengers recorded in January 2018.
